Yes, many of our customers are looking for qualified home office employees to fill their vacancies on a temporary or long-term basis. You can filter our job database for home office positions and apply directly online or send us your resume - we will then recommend suitable home office positions.

If you only want to submit your CV, go to the online application page, fill in the required fields, upload your CV as a file and click on the Apply button.

If you wish, you can add interesting jobs from our job database to a personal favourites list before submitting your CV, which we will then receive together with your application documents. For this purpose, each job is marked with a heart button. You can use this button to add the job to your list of favourites or remove it again. If you have added favourites, they will be displayed on the online application page and you will have the opportunity to check them again before sending your documents.

No, we do not charge job seekers for our services. Both job and project placement as well as career coaching are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Since we offer our time-intensive placement services free of charge to you as a candidate, we ask you in return to be fair with our time and the time of our clients and to use our services only if you are seriously interested in a career change. As soon as we notice that your commitment does not meet our standards, we will inform you openly and honestly and, in case of doubt, terminate your placement process in favor of other candidates.

The „d“ in (m/f/d) stands for „diverse“ and refers to a third gender. The aim is to explicitly address people with intersexuality when advertising jobs. The word „inter“ stands for „between“ - intersexual people are therefore between the genders man and woman and cannot be permanently assigned to one of the two genders.

Other abbreviations for a third gender in job advertisements include „i“ (inter), „o“ (other), „gn“ (gender-neutral), or simply „x“. All of these abbreviations mean the same thing.

There are six language levels. These are defined in the „Common European Framework of Reference“ (CEFR): A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. This reference framework assesses and compares the skills of listening, reading, speaking and writing throughout Europe.

The six levels mean in detail:

A1 Beginner

• You can understand and use simple words and phrases.
• You can introduce yourself and others.
• You can ask questions about yourself.

• A person speaks slowly and clearly. You can converse with the person.

A2 Basic skills

• You can understand sentences and frequently used words.
• You can communicate in simple, routine everyday situations.

B1 Advanced Language Use

• You can understand a lot of things.
• You can say something about topics which are familiar to you and which interest you personally.
• You can talk about experiences and events and also about your dreams, hopes and goals.
• You can briefly justify or explain plans and views.

B2 Independent language use

• You can understand the main ideas of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics.
• You can also understand technical discussions related to your field of specialisation.
• You are able to communicate fluently and spontaneously orally.
• You can explain a point of view on a topical issue, giving advantages and disadvantages.

C1 Competent language use.

• You are able to understand longer and more demanding texts to a large extent.
• You are also able to grasp implicit meanings.
• You can express yourself clearly, in a structured way and in detail on complex issues.

C2 (Almost) native speaker competence

• You can easily understand practically everything you read or hear.
• You are able to summarise information from various written and oral sources.
• You are able to give reasons and explanations in a coherent presentation.
• You can express yourself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, making nuances clear.
