(1) We process personal data from you that is required to provide you with the best possible support as a candidate, to find the right job and employer for you, to offer you a job that is optimally tailored to you, and to provide you with our other services, e.g. as part of your further application process and as your career coach once you have started work. For these purposes, we process data such as title, your first and last name, your address, your e-mail address, your mobile phone number and your CV. You are welcome to voluntarily provide us with additional data such as your date of birth, your telephone number, additional documents such as your cover letter, references, a project list, a job description, a portrait photo and/or a description of how you became aware of us. In addition to the data you provide, we also collect data about you from third parties in individual cases, to the extent permitted by law, e.g. via online presences that serve to present the professional qualifications of their members and are directly related to you (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn, freelance.de, freelancermap.de, stepstone.de, etc.), as well as feedback from customers and reference providers.

(2) We do not require any information from you that is inadmissible under the General Equal Treatment Act (e.g. race, ethnic origin, religion or world view, sexual identity). We also do not require information on pregnancy, political opinions, philosophical or religious beliefs or trade union membership.

(3) You can enter or upload your data and documents in the input mask on our website, send them to us by mail, transmit them by e-mail, Xing or LinkedIn, or send them to us in any other way or communicate them in conversation.

(4) As part of our placement activities, we will pass on the documents and data required for your placement to potential employers. The disclosure is also made for the purpose of convincing potential employers of your suitability for the position to be filled and to give them the opportunity to check your qualifications and match them with the requirements profile of the job description. We assume that you agree to the processing and forwarding of your personal data for the purpose of finding a suitable position for you. Further processing of your data by potential employers will be carried out in accordance with the respective employer’s data protection regulations. Insofar as consent is required for the further processing of your data by employers, it is the responsibility of the employers to obtain this from you.

(5) As part of our placement activities, we may also process the data you provide in order to inform you by telephone or e-mail about jobs that may be of interest to you or to send you e-mails with information about job offers and companies.

(6) We store your personal data for the duration of the provision of our services to you and delete them within the scope of our legal obligations if we have no contact with you for a longer period and must assume that you are no longer interested in our services. For us, contact means any oral, telephone or written communication with you or your interest in our services through your further contact, the sending/uploading of current data and/or documents and/or a participation in our services and offers.

(7) We consider that the processing of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes, in particular to find and arrange an employment opportunity suitable for you, does not affect your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms, but on the contrary is precisely in your interest. The processing of your data is therefore in our legitimate interest. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If the processing is based on consent that you have given us, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) UAbs. 1 lit. a GDPR.

(1) If you, as an employer, want to find the right candidate for you or use our further services, we require information about you or persons in your company in order to provide you with suitable candidates and to be able to provide our further services. For this purpose, we process the following personal data Your contact data and the contact data of individual contacts in your company, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and function in the company. In addition, we collect and process information about your company, the structure of your company, the departments, technologies and products of your company, as well as information about your vacancies (task, framework conditions, reason for the vacancy, etc.) In addition to the data provided by you, we also collect data about you from third parties in individual cases and to the extent permitted by law, e.g. from our candidates, from your company’s website and from other (public) sources and media.

(2) As part of our placement activities, we may pass on to our candidates the documents and data required for the placement. Disclosure also takes place for the purpose of recruiting candidates for the positions to be filled.

(3) As part of our placement activities, we may also process the personal data you provide in order to inform you about interesting candidates, also by telephone or e-mail.

(4) Provided that no legal or contractual retention periods prevent the deletion of your personal data, we will delete the data within the scope of our legal obligations as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

(5) The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary for the performance of an existing contract with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or in other cases our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 UAbs. 1 lit. f GDPR exists. (3) Provided that no legal or contractual retention periods prevent the deletion of your personal data, we will delete it as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. This is the case when the conversation with you has ended. The conversation is usually ended when it is clear from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
